Send us your VIN or OE number and we cross-reference it before packing. Most fitment issues in the aftermarket happen because nobody bothered to verify — we do.
If something arrives damaged or doesn't fit, send us photos and your order number. Most claims are resolved within 48 hours — and we track every issue so it doesn't repeat on the next batch.

Drop us your vehicle details — make, model, year, or just a photo of the headlight you want to replace. We'll confirm compatibility and send you a quote, usually within half a day.
Before placing an order, most buyers want to nail down a few things — will it actually fit, what's the lead time, can I get my own branding on it, and what happens if something goes wrong. Here are the questions that come up in nearly every conversation we have with new and returning customers.
LED headlights — that's our core business and what we manufacture in-house. We cover a solid range of European and Japanese makes: Audi (A3, A4, A6, Q5, Q7), BMW (3 Series, 5 Series, X3, X5, X6), Mercedes-Benz (C-Class, E-Class, GLC, GLE), Porsche (Cayenne, Macan, Panamera), plus Lexus, Toyota, and Ford models. On top of headlights we also carry tail lights, signal lighting, grilles, and some bumper covers — basically the exterior parts that people tend to upgrade or replace at the same time. But if you're reaching out to us, chances are it's about headlights, and that's where we're strongest.
Quickest way — send us your VIN. We'll decode it and cross-match against our fitment records. If you don't have the VIN handy, the next best thing is the OE part number stamped on your current headlight housing (usually on a label on the back or bottom). Failing that, give us the make, model, exact year, and trim level, plus a couple of photos showing the front of the car and the backside of the existing headlight where the connectors and mounting tabs are. We check all of this before we pack anything — because from what we've seen over the years, about 9 out of 10 fitment problems in the aftermarket come down to someone matching by product name alone without verifying the hardware details.
Yes — private-label and OEM branding is something we handle regularly for distributors, online resellers, and workshop chains. The usual scope covers your logo printed or engraved on the housing, custom retail-style packaging, barcode labels, and sometimes minor spec adjustments if the product line allows for it. To get the ball rolling, we'd need your logo in a vector format (AI or EPS works best), your preferred box design (or we can draft one), and a ballpark on volumes. Most branded headlight orders ship within 30 to 45 days once the artwork and specs are locked down. The process isn't complicated, but it does move faster when you come in with clear requirements rather than working them out as you go.
It starts at the tooling stage. Our molds are built to German precision standards at our facility in Jiangsu — that's where the dimensional accuracy gets set. From there, every production batch goes through incoming material checks, tolerance measurements at key assembly points, surface finish reviews, and a final packed-product inspection. For headlights specifically, we also test beam pattern, LED color temperature consistency, seal waterproofing, and connector fit. We've learned over the years that skipping even one of those steps tends to create field complaints down the line. If you want a closer look at how it works, just ask — we're happy to share inspection photos or QC reports from recent runs rather than just saying "quality guaranteed" and leaving it at that.
Honestly, it varies by product. For the headlight models we keep on the shelf — the popular BMW F30/G20, Audi A4/Q5, Mercedes W205/W213 fitments — we can often do trial quantities as small as 2 to 5 sets. We know not everyone wants to commit to a big order on a first purchase, and a small trial is usually the smartest way to evaluate a new supplier. Custom-branded orders or less common platforms naturally need a higher minimum because there's tooling setup and packaging production involved. The simplest approach: send us the specific part numbers and quantities you're thinking about, and we'll tell you what's realistic. Mixed-SKU orders are totally fine — you don't have to buy 50 sets of the same headlight to get started.
For items sitting in our Guangzhou warehouse, we typically need 3 to 7 working days for final QC, packing, and carrier handover. After that, transit depends on the shipping method and where you are. Express couriers like DHL or FedEx usually land in 5 to 8 business days for most destinations. Sea freight runs anywhere from 15 to 35 days depending on the port. If your order involves custom branding or a less-common fitment that isn't in stock, add roughly 25 to 40 days for production on top of shipping time. Got a hard deadline — maybe a client project or a restocking window you can't afford to miss? Tell us early. We can usually rearrange the production schedule or flag a shipment for priority handling when we know the timeline up front.
Yes — packaging and logistics are part of the deal, not an afterthought. We can set up plain neutral boxes if you just need the parts protected, retail-ready branded cartons with your logo for shelf display, or heavy-duty export crates with foam inserts for sea freight. For bigger shipments we also handle pallet layouts, carton marking, and container loading plans. On the shipping side, we're flexible — FOB Guangzhou, CIF to your port, or door-to-door DDP in certain markets. Just tell us where the goods need to end up and how you want them packed, and we'll sort out the logistics. One tip from experience: working out packaging specs before production kicks off saves a lot of last-minute scrambling — it's a conversation worth having early.
First thing — grab your phone and take clear photos of the problem. We need to see the part itself, the packaging condition, the mounting area on the vehicle (if it's a fitment issue), and the product label with the part number. Include your order reference and any installation notes that might help us figure out what went wrong. From there, most claims get sorted within 48 hours. Depending on the cause, that could mean a replacement unit, a credit toward your next order, or a correction on the production side. What we think sets us apart from a lot of suppliers is what happens after the claim is closed — we log every single issue internally and feed it back to the production team. If a batch had a bracket tolerance problem, for instance, that gets caught and adjusted before the next run ships. It's the kind of follow-through that doesn't show up in a sales pitch, but it's a big part of why our repeat buyers stick around.
